FAQ.

Do we have to use Shopify?

No — but we usually recommend it. Shopify (Plus or standard) gives you the cleanest checkout, the best app ecosystem, and the lowest total cost of ownership for most brands under $50M. We do go fully headless when SEO, internationalization, or content needs justify it.

Can you migrate us off WooCommerce / Magento / a custom stack?

Yes. Migrations are a big chunk of our work — including product data, customer accounts, order history, URLs (with redirects), reviews, and subscriptions. We plan migrations so SEO and lifetime value don't take a hit at cutover.

Will you touch our paid media?

We don't run ad accounts, but we do fix the analytics and attribution that make ad accounts pretend to work. If your buying team can't trust the numbers, the ad spend is the easiest thing to optimize next.

What about subscriptions, B2B, or wholesale?

Comfortable with all three. Subscriptions via Recharge or Shopify's native flow, B2B via Shopify B2B or a custom portal, and wholesale via tiered pricing + gated catalogs. We'll tell you which is overkill for your stage.

How do you measure success?

Conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, and contribution margin — reported monthly against the pre-engagement baseline. If we don't move at least one of those numbers in 90 days, that's on us, not you.
